Irvine Lab Python Scripts (ILPS)

Codes which are useful or instructive as scripts, rather than standalone modules, are stored here. All the codes in ILPS, as well as example data (requisite for running some of the scripts), is are located in the Git repo at ssh://YOURNAME@immenseirvine.uchicago.edu/git/ilps/. Simply clone this repository to your computer to access this information. Note that because sample data exists in this repo, it is rather large-- about 2.5 GB or so.

ILPS is not an importable module. Rather it is a collection of useful scripts, organized into the subpackes listed below.
